Refund policy

 

1.     GENERAL INFORMATION

a.     Auto Sklo Klaus s.r.o guarantees refund to each Buyer, if he/she is not satisfied with provided services and if the refund request was done according to requirements outlined in this Refund Policy.

b.     Refund can be processed by Auto Sklo Klaus s.r.o only after verification of Buyer data.

c.     Auto Sklo Klaus s.r.o has a right to refuse refund request if Buyer didn't follow right steps and missed the refund timeframe.

 

2.     BASIS OF CONTRACT

a.     The order constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase Auto Sklo Klaus s.r.o Services in accordance with these Conditions

b.     Following the Consumer Rights Directive of 2011 for the European Union our Buyers eligible for refund during 14 days from the transaction date.

c.     Buyer shall send an email to support@momybabys.com in order to request a refund.

d.     Buyer`s email shall contain “Refund Request” in the subject line and explanation of refund request.

e.     Auto Sklo Klaus s.r.o keeps a right to request additional information like email, phone number, first and last name, address or/and other prove in order to locate a disputed charge in Auto Sklo Klaus s.r.o system.

f.      In case of confirmed refund, it will be sent back ONLY to the same payment method. 

 

3.     CHARGEBACKS OR OTHER DISPUTES  

a.     Once chargeback requested by bank representative Auto Sklo Klaus s.r.o will investigate it and pvovide with all details (if needed).

b.     If chargeback submitted Auto Sklo Klaus s.r.o no longer responsible for refund time frame. 

 

4.     TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP 

a.     Participation is voluntary. Buyers can stop to use Auto Sklo Klaus s.r.o services and close their account at any time.

b.     Buyer can close his/her account on Auto Sklo Klaus s.r.o website or send email request to support@momybabys.com.

c.     In the event of termination of membership, all previous payment which was already paid for used services will not be refunded. 

 

5.     REFUND TIME FRAME 

a.     Auto Sklo Klaus s.r.o will issue refund immediately after it's confirmed. It can take up to 10 working days and refund will be visible on Buyer bank statement. 

b.     In case of any delay, Buyer can contact Auto Sklo Klaus s.r.o through email address support@momybabys.com and request additional information regarding the refund status.
